Maricel Baliani contacted me for an interesting project. Her Kitchen Courses for Children needed a new image. So We´re still working together, but here´s some of the first steps, trying to respect as much as possible the previous designs.

One of the best things that this city has, is the museums. Right now at the National Galleries there´s an exhibition of Durer. Was so inspiring that I had to draw something with my Gtech pen.

Una de las mejores cosas que tiene esta ciudad son los museos. Ahora mismo en las Galerías Nacionales de Escocia hay una exposición con grabados de Durero. No pude evitar ponerme a dibujar con mi Gtech.

Well, seems that the summer is here definitely. I´ve been drawing a lot with my watercolours these days. You can see some of the pictures at my blog Live in Leith. It´s not sunny everyday, but the city looks beautiful under the sun. Also I´ve been drawing with my old gouaches and some inks. Here´s a greeting card for a friend who helped me recently.

Parece que el verano está aquí. He estado dibujando mucho con mis acuarelas Windsor&Newton. Podéis ver algunas de las ilustraciones en mi blog de Live in Leith. No es que esté soleado a diario, pero la ciudad se ve impresionante bajo los rayos de sol. También he rescatado mis viejas témperas y tintas para hacer una tarjeta a un amigo que se la merecía.

This month I´m joining an Art Exhibition in my hometown Zaragoza. I had to draw a 70x70cm comic, what a challenge! I had to talk about Zaragoza, but could´t keep Edinburgh apart from it.

Este mes participo en una exposición en Zaragoza titulada Poemas Visuales. La obra era un cómic de 70x70cms, lo cual supuso todo un reto. El tema a desarrollar era Zaragoza, pero no puede evitar mantener Edimburgo aparte.

Este año, por alguna extraña razón que no acierto a comprender, no hemos sido merecedores de un lugar entre las pagínas del Tebeico del Salón de Cómic de Zaragoza. Y cuando digo hemos me refiero al señor Burdío, la señorita Albalá y la srta Albares.
Desconociendo si es por causas de espacio o ajenas a la organización dejo aquí plasmada la que hubiera sido mi aportación.

Estos días he estado ayudando al Sr Toro, que ha estado rodando unos cortos para el Festival Notodo. Estos dos, concursan para la categoría "Los Goyita", parodiando películas que todos conocemos.

A' last, 2009 is gone. Hope 2010 will be a better year. 2009 was so weird for me and lots of people around me. I wish that this will be a good year for everyone.
